The MDI binders are premium quality and crumb rubber is carefully selected and sorted by size, thanks to our modern technological laboratory equipment.

To prevent trauma, our rubber tiles are subjected to rigorous testing using the TRIAX Impact Testing System, the world-leader in this field. TRIAX 2015 system is fully compliant with international standards for measurement of Shock and Head Injury values (DIN EN1177 and ASTMF-1292) and is known as the benchmark for quality in the testing of surfaces in playgrounds and sports fields.

The HIC (Head Injury Criterion) test is one of the most effective way to measure the probability of head injury occurring from surface impact.

With our technically advanced Impact Testing System, we are able to test playground flooring more accurately in order to determine the HIC value and the related Critical Fall Height. This is the parameter we have to consider when choosing the thickness of a Rubber Tile.
